With my Maritimer heart - I love making people feel comfortable + sharing our stories of the sea + in the mountains. I have lived in the Sea to Sky for 27 years now and raised my son here for the last 11. As a mother I feel proud to be able to drop off my son + pick him up from school when he’s with me. That said - if you can’t find a time that works for your schedule, just text me as I can create more availability via text usually.

As a busy mom of two in a blended family of five kids, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. Life gets full, and taking time for yourself matters.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel at ease, and leave feeling confident and taken care of.
Outside of the clinic, I’m drawn to art and design, time by the water, and anything that helps me recharge — from walks with a good podcast to travel, spa days, and a great glass of wine.
